  Prices are pretty okay and the staff in person is somewhat helpful, but the part that could use a lot more work is the over the phone customer service. I understand that when I order something they will contact me when it is available, but when I call to check the status of my after being told it would be ready in about 5-7 days and here it’s nearly 2 weeks later, I don’t expect to be told that an associate will check on the order and be left on hold. This has happened to me twice now.
