  Justin ( store manager) was very helpful as were several other associates. We were having a difficult time deciding on style and fabric. Justin was very patient showing the various options. When he was busy, other associates were ready to help. In the end, I bought a recliner suggested by an associate. Wayfair happened to have the exact same model and leather for slightly less and Justin matched the deal. I would definitely purchase from this store again.

  We have bought numerous recliners and sofas here. Yes the quality is amazing. Always very comfortable and hard to beat. However, we purchased a sofa and love seat from here a number of years back. Everyone's favorite seats, four ways to recline. The salesman tells us while we are deciding, "it's guaranteed for life, if it breaks, we come out and fix it no charge". Well guess what? The couch is still in great shape but one of the arms has come loose. We aren't very hard on furniture, kids are older so no jumping around on the furniture. We take very good care of it. Some of the screws have come loose and it needs to be repaired by professionals.. Guaranteed for life right... no charge.. ??? NOPE.. Cost 95 bucks just to come out to the house per hour plus cost to repair.. Normally I would say, "Hey I get that." but you know what, that isn't what we were told when we bought it, and it wasn't cheap. Just don't like be lied to. I would still recommend Lazy Boy but don't buy the whole spiel. Kind of like a car, once it's out of the store, it's your problem.

  Staff, overall were very friendly and had a good since of humor. Not just the representative that was assisting me, but all of their coworkers as well. I was treated promptly and fairly. Financing options were explained to me, but when I decided not to finance, the representative assisting me worked with me on price to make it more managable for me.

  Our sales woman was very helpful. She printed out a picture with the color fabric, that I thought I wanted, but chose another. She helped my mother and I with two different sales at the same time. She was good at multi tasking.
