  After purchasing a$1700 riding mower, the battery lost its charge in less than a year. I called ahead to be sure it was covered under warranty and the woman I spoke to said it was so I left my house and came out immediately. After arriving in about 45 minutes, the manager told me she couldn't replace my battery because the auto center was closed. I asked her to give me a battery out of one of the floor models and she said she couldn't. She made no attempt to offer me any sorry of "consulation" prize or any sorry of discount on anything. She made no attempt to rectify the situation. I'll never buy another product from Sears again
